The Founders

Aditya Mohite, a highly skilled civil engineer, has diligently worked in the real estate sector to achieve significant growth and establish a reputable presence in this industry. With 15+ years of industry experience, Aditya has recognised the significant potential of the real estate sector in both urban and rural areas of Maharashtra. He accomplished a number of significant projects, including the construction of luxurious villas in Ambey Valley, the redevelopment of an urban slum, and various restoration and renovation jobs in schools, hospitals, and commercial areas. In addition, he has a great deal of experience working as a consultant within this sector. Driven by his visionary leadership and unwavering passion, his objective is to design and develop spaces that seamlessly integrate with their surroundings, exuding both vitality and aesthetic allure, while remaining adaptable to the ever-evolving needs of the present and future.

Ranjeet Ghadge, an IT strategist and consultant with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, possesses rich business acumen. With a strong focus on process efficiency and achieving desired outcomes, he possesses key strengths in developing diverse work models, effectively managing complex milestones, adapting to changing priorities, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction. His enthusiasm and innovative ideas for the real estate industry have expanded his vision to encompass a larger and more promising landscape. With a strong vision for initiating a venture that can positively impact individuals and revolutionise the real estate sector, he embarked on a path where he could leverage his expertise in information technology to provide customers with a unique perspective on the real estate industry. To transform his vision into reality, he is responsible for developing the company’s business modules, forming strategic partnerships, making connections at the highest levels of the industry, and supervising all business growth initiatives.
